Open Door Policy
- Busy Beez Kidz Clubhouse LLC, will provide access to my child both in person and by phone during normal business hours when my child is in care.
- Parents can stay and join in with the activities when they drop off or return early to play with their child or simply stay for the whole session.
- To see how their child has made friends and settled;
- To see how their children are developing through our at-their-level skills building process
- Work closely with staff and build up the relationship

We place our most popular documents online including calendars to help parents access, review, and update important documents such as our calendar, allergy form and permission for special events form.
Along with our Brightwheel daycare app for parents, we help parents stay informed so they can best support their children.

Getting homework done after school can make everyone’s evening more pleasant.
We provide the time, the place, and the assistance to ensure your child completes their homework completely and correctly.
We complete specially designed Homework Logs & Forms help to track your child’s homework progress.
All procedures and resources (including every toy), are designed to support the well-being of every child (at appropriate levels) & enhance their development.
Infants
Our providers support infants throughout the day, with a balanced routine that is completely attentive to each infant’s needs
6 weeks -12 months
Toddler
Toddlers learn through exploring the sight, sound, and textures of the world. Our “Discovering Me” toddler program is filled with things for them to explore.
1-3 years
Preschool
We add more structure to turn everyday experiences into fun, educational opportunities. We encourage children to explore while building their children’s social skills and interactions.
4-5 years
School Age
Children enjoy a wonderful balance of fun social interactions with peers, guidance, hands-on enrichment activities...plus extra social time with friends or time to complete their homework.
5-12 years
Voluntary Pre- Kindergarten
VPK (4 Years Old- 5 Years Old): Busy Beez Kidz Clubhouse program for VPK prepares early learners for success in kindergarten and beyond.
VPK* helps build a strong foundation for school using educational material corresponding to various stages in a child’s development.
Parents will be informed daily about their child’s growth and development, as well as the necessary assessments and requirements as outlined by the FLDOE Office of Early Learning Program Outline
